Affiliate Disclosure

The Plain-Language Summary
Affilore earns money through affiliate partnerships, including Amazon Associates. When you click an outbound link on our site and make a qualifying purchase, we may receive a small referral commission at zero extra cost to you. You pay the exact same price as anyone else.
Official Amazon Associates Statement
Affilore is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for websites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com and affiliated international Amazon sites.
As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.
How Affiliate Links Work on Affilore
When you click a link pointing to an external store or software provider:
- A secure tracking cookie is placed in your browser by the merchant (e.g., Amazon, software vendor).
- If you complete a qualifying purchase within the merchant's cookie window (typically 24 hours to 30 days), the merchant pays us a small percentage of their revenue.
- No Extra Cost: The merchant absorbs this cost out of their own marketing margin. You do not pay a cent extra.
Our Strict Editorial Code
Trust is the only currency that matters in digital publishing. We operate by three unbreakable rules:
Editorial Independence
Commissions never dictate reviews. If a tool or service is sub-par, an affiliate program will not earn it a recommendation.
Unbiased Calculators
Our calculators run on pure, open mathematical formulas. Affiliate relationships never influence calculation logic or benchmarks.
Clear Labeling
Whenever a post or review contains affiliate links, an explicit disclosure notice is placed in clear view.
Why We Do This
Affilore provides free, client-side calculators, guides, and engineering tools with zero paywalls. Affiliate commissions and contextual advertisements allow us to pay for server infrastructure, ongoing development, and research without ever selling your personal data.
If you choose to purchase gear or software through our links, thank you for supporting independent, privacy-first software development.
